The single band plan

Dear Anarchy! Alliance members,

Earlier the idea was to make to 'bands' of stations from 4,-4 to 3,-1. Like so:

The idea was to make on each station a level 20 command an parliament and level 15 influence and police. The level 20 is because we need to impose 'members colonization only'. The level 15 for the influence buildings is because it's cheaper to start a new station than it is to upgrade beyond level 15.

However, the idea is now to make a single band between 4,-4 and 3,-1 like so:

Each 'knod' in this band is a system with four space stations and at least one colony. This has some advantages.
- it's easier to defend
The planet can contain a reservoir of fighters that can be shared to defend all four stations.
The planet can have SAW's, that can defend the stations as well.
- shorter supply lines. 

Each station could seize a square of 64 systems with 4 level 15 influence buildings. The station on position 1, seizes the north-east square, the station at position 4, the south-east square, as I have drawn here:
